the way she sings this takes the cake on expressing frustration with someone who you just can't get the point across to. her lyrics identify with anyone who has ever been struggling with a lover who struggles for fun.
I think anyone who has ever had a drug problem caused from depression can relate to this. Or anyone who has ever been deeply invovled with someone who has a drug problem. Or anyone who has had a drug problem with the person they are invovled with, and they come out of it and the other person, won't.
