These lyrics are kinda off
pretty sure it's "love cherry" not "love charity" and it's definitely "make those fuckers pay" not "make those fuckers pray"
that being said, this song is just him being angry for how he's never been truly happy and never truly satisfied with his life because he always thinks about how he and Nina's relationship and his personal life could be better. Maybe because of his indie fame he thinks he is now a cartoon of himself, which I guess he really kind of is. This song has some of the best lyrical work this side of the 70s, definitely the highlight of the album and maybe of his career.
Agree with the lyric interpretations corrected here, but as far as meaning goes, I mean, isn't that EVERY oM song? lol There's just a lil something extra to each other than the same ol same ol. And here it is wrestling with karma and the mysterious places it comes from because it doesn't come back hardly ever from where it was put in initially. The last line sums it all up.

I think that honestly, especially with the last part, and the part about Nina, it might have something to do with us Americans ignorantly being sexually mutilated so that we cannot feel the loving sensations of sex as easily as women or a sexually complete male, not to mention the unconscious psychological trauma.
