Everyone is always very cautious when talking about religion because no one wants to come off as a "bible thumper," but as Christians we are encouraged to speak out about the word. Even Jesus himself, who lived a perfect life and had did no wrong to anyone was persecuted because of his faith. It seems like some people refuse to believe in God because they feel he is either too good to be true or they feel he is unjust. God wants us to live to our full potential, but even the best of Christians fall short sometimes and then they become discouraged, so they turn their back on God, simply because it is hard for them. God's love is so perfect and unconditional and we are undeserving. Human beings simply cannot give what God has so selflessly given away, which is grace. Even though we can't love each other perfectly, I know they'd be devastated if you didn't try to take care of yourself.
