The Breaks Lyrics
Don't be surprised if I'm ripping out my eyes
I'm on fire
I said don't be surprised I'm ripping out my eyes
I'm on fire
We break
We break too easily
We pull all the breaks
You break too easily
Don't be seduced until you know the truth
I'm on fire
Don't seduced until you know my truth
I'm on fire
We break
We break too easily
We pull all the breaks
You break too easily
I break too easily
I break too easily
I break too easily
I break too easily
I break too easily
We break too easily
We break too easily
You break too easily
We break too easily
We break too easily
You pull all the breaks
You break too easily
I put on the breaks
I put on the breaks too easily
I put on the breaks
I put on the breaks too easily
I'm on fire
I said don't be surprised I'm ripping out my eyes
I'm on fire
We break too easily
We pull all the breaks
You break too easily
I'm on fire
Don't seduced until you know my truth
I'm on fire
We break too easily
We pull all the breaks
You break too easily
I break too easily
I break too easily
I break too easily
I break too easily
We break too easily
We break too easily
You break too easily
We break too easily
You pull all the breaks
You break too easily
I put on the breaks
I put on the breaks too easily
I put on the breaks
I put on the breaks too easily

I feel it's about getting to know someone romantically and a warning to not put all your eggs in one basket. I also enjoy substituting "break" for "brake". I think when you apply both or either words, it's plays out as how easily something can start, it can also stop, and/or crumble.
I also think PTR is "on fire" because she's either aggravated by the game people play when they get to know each other, or she's content with herself but the rules of the game never change.
I thought it was 'dont be SEDUCED until you know the truth i'm on fire'
and
'We PUT ON the breaks'
Would you say this is a love song?
