This song is about one of Lady Gaga's ex boyfriends. They were in love so much, and he had a big love for heavy metal. Soon in their relationship, as Gaga was trying to pursue her career, he told her that she would never make it, and basically that she was hopeless. They soon broke up, and look where she is now. He was wrong.
But she is basically singing this song to him, the verses in this song are ridiculous, but the 'I could be your girl.. ruled the world" Part is referring to him.
