Sorry for the second post but this is 'The' Devin's explanation of both the name of this song and a little insight to it's meaning.
Juular: Started as 'Jugular' till I messed up the spelling, then decided it would be a good name for a fictional religious fanatic who spends his life in penance not due to appreciation of the infinite, but more based on the need to be right.
I just love the 'Lady Vagine' bit , freakin' Borat reference- well me and my friends use it all the time. When I read that bit of lyric I had to make sure my eyes were working, laughed so hard. ;P
Only my second listen of the song (properly), don't know what to say about it yet other than that!

At 2:25 you can see the viewing of all the religious symbols and from what I can tell, the old man in the song is a "God" figure who is upset that Devin has surpassed the need for him/it in life.
this is after ziltoid wipes out the remaining humans. Our main character, who was aboard captian spectacular's ship, is thrown deep into a level of hell. Instead of being frightful of everything, he laments that he is actually welcoming of this situation.
I saw the Devin Townsend project last night and he introduced this song simply by saying "This song is about sex!"
