Sara often seems to write sexually suggestive material. Maybe it's just how we absorb it, as I've also eventually read that the song was about something entirely different. Ex. Come On, Relief Next To Me, Red Belt..

Perhaps it's what she intends, but overall Sara's writing has become more vague over the years and can be interpreted many ways, I think.

I find it quite funny if this is actually for Tegan, but I'd believe it. :P

For some reason I always think this song is about Sara trying to get with a girl but she's not sure if the girl is straight or gay. She's not sure if she should go through with her plan of making a move on the girl because she doesn't know how the girl will react. She doesn't want to hurt the girl or scare her but she can't help the feeling she has inside.

I know it's not right and it's just supposed to be a sexy song but it's what I think when I listen to it. I love this song! :)
