i get the feeling its about S&M sex
in the chorus he says "i just wanna feel you cm", not "go", i've checked the text from the cd... i think this song is written from the point of view of a guy who felt in love with a btch: they're engaged, he passed the limit ("how do i explain how i've come to feel this way") but she just "want to feel you c*m"... he knows that she's using him ("self inflicted masochist"), but now it's too late to step back, he's totally involved, so...
