It is Clairemont High School in San Diego. Not to be confused with Claremont High School in Calremont California. I don't know who this band is but if they went too Mission Bay High School is about two miles down the hill from Clairemnot.They got the words from the fact that Cameron Crowe was allowed to go to Clairemont HS posing as a student after he graduated from the University of San Diego HS.He did this to get material to write his book Fast Times at Ridgemont High that we all know the movie.He was also a jounalist for Rolling Stone Magazine when he was 16 and toured with The Allman Brothers Band for three weeks interviewing the entire crew. The movie Almost Famous was based on that. Another fact you may not know is that Frank Zappa also attended Mission Bay HS
