Ha, 1st post. Love this song, easy to understand, goes back to that old saying "don't judge a book by its cover". Seems like he is using this song to express his fealings bout pretty chicks who use people for fame, money, ect. How they might look pretty on the outside "If I tear you open wide, take a look inside" but they are really just in it for greed and not the other person "So just take off that disguise, everyone knows that you're only Pretty on the outside"

This song is about my ex-gf

one of the top 3 songs on this album in my opinion. i love the screaming in the verses and vocal layers in the chorus. Im so glad that bfmv left the sound they had in Scream aim fire(big dissapointment) and went back to the poison. great album great song "is it my turn to die!"

I kind of took it literally... like he is pissed at a girl who is pretty he kills her out of anger. ("If i tear you open wide, take a look inside, are you pretty?") He cuts her open, and she looks gross on the inside. Idk if thats what was meant necessarily but for some reason thats what i always think of =p

Well blade 2078 pretty much covered it a lot of people pretend to be perfect to get what they want but at the end of the day they're the ones that have to live with themselfs
