Seriously I have no idea how to interpret this song XD Only thing I can think of is that these 'Texico bitches' are well... bitches and doing everything the song says.

It's not spelled wrong, it's about Texico, not Texaco. Texico is a little town in New Mexico, on the Texas border just outside of Clovis.
