I Felt Free

after a first listen straight through the album, this song stuck out and is my initial favorite for the time being. the guitar part and the breakdown after the second chorus give me chills. finally able to break free of that person your world revolved around. that's what it means to me.

okay i take back what i said before, dyed in the wool is my favorite off the album.

this is definitely my current favorite song from the album. it stuck out to me as well and after i listened to the lyrics, i couldn't stop replaying the song. what was interpreted before me, i totally agree with. i can really relate.

i think that it obviously meant that whoever he's talking about had kept leading him on and on and in the end it just couldn't work out, it was all just a game. and no matter what he wanted to tell that person, it wouldn't matter much because they just wouldn't understand how good he might be for them? but now i'm mostly speakin bout my own experience haha.

Just saw Circa live two times (incredible both times). They played this at both shows and at the first one, Anthony said it was about being able to do whatever you want and achieving your dreams. But like most Circa songs its open for a lot more/different interpretations.

This is about someone who hurt the author of the song, and they're finally relieved to be free of their abusive grasp. I can relate.

This was my first favorite song from the album and still is after listening to is over and over and over again. The song isn't hard to figure out the meaning of. This is clearly about how the author of the song is free from a relationship but it goes much deeper into how they felt in the end of the relationship. Perhaps the person they were in the relationship with made them feel stuck, or they allowed themselves to feel that way. Eventually they found the strength to break from the relationship even though they knew it would be difficult. They were happy but they needed more. Overall, it really is a positive song, they know that love is still possible and that there is a future.

I immediately fell in love with this song. I've been listening to it over and over again and nothng else. I think its his voice in the chorus: its amazing!

This is definitely in my top three favorites off of Blue Sky Noise. ;) The intro is gorgeous, everything about this song is great.<3
