It's about a relationship breaking down, but only one of the couple can be honest about it, declaring it's over. The start of the song is the discussion, the second verse is the revelation, the chorus is the realisation. "LONG LIVE ME COZ ILL BE FINE WITHOUT YOU" is the resolution.

the lyrics sort of saying that complaining about how your life if isn't going to get rid of your problems, and litterly just to get through them, for example 'stop wishing for the sunshine, start living in the rain stop telling me we'll be fine, start living with the pain'
