Well Dan Treacy is a singer / songwriter in the band Television Personalities.. so it is an ode to him. The song seems to just be about him walking around London hackney lanes.. and just making up his mind. haha good song
I may be way off here, but is this song talking about murder?
I think is sort of weird to dedicate a song to another artist but two in one album is unheard of.
