Great song but I'm pretty sure the line "Don't mind my asking, but could I travel, you meant, for a smile?" should be "Don't mind my asking but could I trouble you Miss, for a smile?"
"And I'll see you everydays" should be "And I'll see you in three days"

Jeremy got into the music biz because of a relationship that went downhill when he was 17. he wrote this song for the girl and burned the lyrics/chords after he made a shitty recording. 2 people heard it (himself and a friend i think) later down the road he professionally had it recorded for his own behalf. it got leaked and he was PISSED it was an important personal thing. It's regrettable that it was such a personal song because I'd be willing to say that this is there best slow song and I'd kill to hear it live. Anyhow, that's the legit story on the song. call bullshit if you want i know its the truth.

But he shouldn't be on twitter saying "... people suck." when obviously it was who ever recorded the song (which I highly doubt because it was the guy they like, put together the Old Record, Homesick, and now WSMFY), or his "friend". Well in my opinion I think what this song is about a friendship/relationship gone wrong where he/she, but I'm mainly gonna use he cause I'm a guy but i think where the guy wants to be back with that person, and if you listen carefully you think Jeremy sounds like Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy and from the song "America's Suitehearts" but I think it's a beautiful song to anyone.
I think this song is about being in a relationship with someone,when your heart is really somewhere else, and he's trying to reassure the other girl that everything will be alright soon.
He has a girlfriend, she has a boyfriend, but they need eachother, and they've figured that out, but somethings not allowing that to happen.

Actually, this song was written by Jeremy McKinnon when he was 17, without ADTR.
Its not off Homesick. It was his own personal song that someone leaked onto the internet.
