It grows on you. At first I felt so confounded. It sounded like Shine by Take That. I was having none of it. Then, because I refused to hate it, I gave it another go. And another. And another. Then, I started to get it. Along with the other songs of the first EP, it fits and it makes sense. You need to listen to them all in sequence. Slow burner.

I appreciate the fact that this song is not a fan favorite. However, Billy puts his heart and soul into all his music. Please consider the fact that he may have written this song for Courtney Love, with whom he has had on and off romantic firestorms.

This song is one of the stronger off of Teargarden so far (as of this post "Lightning Strikes" was the last one released. It is a just a super power pop song. There's nothing wrong with it, it plays to a certain mood. Sometimes music can be simple and still profound. That being said, it doesn't hold a candle to "A Song For A Son", but neither does anything else yet.

I will always be a Pumpkins fan. Some of the new music is good, some of it is just ok. But this song is just crap. Billy can do so much better than this! And for the love of god stop Ohing" in ever flippin song! /rant. Oh, this song is about longing for sweet happiness. Whatever.
