At first I was confused to hear the obscure Finnish in this song, but a bit of googling did the trick: it's part of Loituma's Viimesen kerran

It's with Eastern Finnish dialect and a bit old fashioned word order. My translation is very raw as you can see, but you get the main point.
I think it says in Finnish:
"Viimeisen kerran kun kotuani lähdin, pappa se poloki jalkaa .... sanoi, tästä se sun surusi alkaa"
And translation:
"The last time when I left my home, my father stomped his feet .... said, here your sorrow will begin."
