I think this is about a teenager that falls in love with the towns hooker, or to say, an "easy" girl. "She was the town crotch, She was good to go anytime" - Shes literally the towns fucktoy, shes good to go anytime. The guy might not realise it, maby he does, but the love he feels for her is real. The way he describes his love is how iw felt in the young days.
