This is about the Japanese military Unit 731. They conducted "experiments" on humans (mainly Chinese) in a fashion similar to German Nazi's such as Dr. Mengele (The Angel Of Death).

731 was just as sick as the Nazis. The Japanese massacred an estimated 10,000,000 people before and during WW2. I was reading about their "Experiments" on Wiki.
