I think this song is badass. my interpretation of it is that it is about not giving up in life, no matter how low you feel everything will get better eventually. Sometimes it takes something really heartbreaking and disastrous to cause it, but as they say, whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Just live life for yourself, cause in the end you really only have yourself to rely on. Very good lyrics
