Many meanings of this. One of them is the literal interpretation that there is a whole universe in a testicle.

I think I remember hearing him say that this was a kind of precursor to Deconstruction in that you could deconstruct everything to find it's nothing but an atom that makes up something bigger. Either that or he watched Men in Black before writing this =o)
