Being 'addicted' in this song is refering to being chained/obsessed with material posessions and feelings which are ultimately fleeting and irrelivent.
The pain he speaks of being addicted to is associated with the pain from having an ego and resenting negative things that happen to you.
The pornography he's refering to is any earthly thing that we can use to masturbate with, not necessarily sexually; it's a metaphor for time/energy wasting for immediate gratification, which is what sexual masturbation ultimately is.
The song is quite spiritual, particularly eastern, with its message. The holy syllabul he repeats of "OM" which is actually "A-U-M" is a representation of life, death and everything in between, which also equates with God.
