Doesn't this have to do with the "incident", as in the car crash? Smashed up my car, crawled out of the wreckage on my knees, to me those are pretty strong indications that this is the same person who was in the crash, or at least this person is comparible to that person, and metaphorically "crawled out of the wreckage on [his/her] knees", while the other person literally did.

That guitar solo is amazing.
Not sure about this song as a whole, but the line "Snaps of a life we had in the garden" seems another instance of a yearning or look back to a better time.
Agree on that one.<br /> <br /> The next line could either mean that they tore up the flowers, thus destroying their own 'Eden' or just destroying things out of frustration.
