this song strikes as a pure romance song, guy finds a girl he likes and is for 100%, while she has her eyes on some other guys, and when she realizes it's a mistake it's too late.
A no second chances oriented song. A man treated a girl he liked with respect and honour and love but she never came around to realize or feel the same way back. Refusal to accept a second chance and to forgive a splint on the relationship by the other partner. Your heart is shot down by the person you love when they no longer feel the same way for you as you them.
Holy shit. I wish this song came out last year. It's self explanatory. A guy goes after a girl and gives her his full love and attention, but the girl never sees what she has and refuses to give it a chance.
It's what I've gone through so many times ever since I broke up with my ex. But as the song says: "It ain't my fault you don't know a good thing"
Just gotta pick up and move on and hope the next girl realizes the chance she's given. Fortunately for me, I think the girl I've got my heart set on right now finally sees what I have to offer ;)

My best friend played me like this. When her and her bf broke up I was her back up plan when they broke up. i would stay up late wondering where she was with him and her friends. I really cared for her like a brother and she just played me but I'm glad we aren't friends with her anymore. When i walked away she could have chased me but she didn't its her lose and not mine.
