i dont really get it. but i like the part where he says now here we go, another hideaway, its suddenly a way to get by" like being superficial and hiding behind stuff is suddenly exceptable, kinda sarcastic i guess
I think that the lyrics posted for this song are not quite right. I've heard it many times and I just don't hear the same words. They just don't make sense the way they were written in the first posting. This is what I hear:

This is a great song...it's too bad its so rare. Brian sings kinda fast in this song, but it's not too hard to figure out what he is saying once you understand what the song is really about and the metaphore he uses...like the shadows. Anyway, you're welcome :)
