This song predates Clues, and was written as a response to "Let's Get Known", a Unicorns' song. Let's Get Known was funny and ironic, while this is super serious business.

I interpreted the last line as a response to Islands "Bucky Little Wing", which I always thought was about Alden. In other words post-Unicorns.
I guess Bucky Littlewing isn't about Alden, I just blindly made that assumption. But I do still contend that this is about wanting to stay out of the public eye.
