i have to say i really love their quirky lyrics; bringing back the old school with words like 'tenet' and 'bezel.' Fantastic song and album as well.
Yeah Closure in Moscow is pretty damn unique lyric-wise (as far as I know). And music-wise they're awesome as well ofcourse :D
I'm fairly sure this song is talking about religious leaders who tell their patrons to do one thing or they will go to hell or suffer consequences and at the same time do those things.
