V Is for Vampire

I actually think this could be making fun of Twilight. "Give me your money, I'll give you my love" could be Stephanie Meyer saying that if idiots keep giving her money, she'll keep making shitty books and give everyone Edward Cullen's "love." The verses seem to be telling the truth about the gay vampires in Twilight, how they're actually a bunch of fruit cakes compared to the badass vampires of the past (Dracula, etc).

I doubt Spider would give Twilight the honor of having an entire song dedicated to it, but it still makes sense either way.

Also, I lol'd when I saw a Twilight ad on this very page for this song. I fuckin hate Twilight so much.

I'd say Omega is Pretty Close.

In my mind it reminds me of how we think of tax collecters and other executives to be blood suckers, as they want to suck the money out of us.

I say it's a song about Greed and how if you show your money others will want to 'love you'

They could be making fun of Darren Shan because he made vampires look more human, they eat and drink other things as well as blood, he let them see humans as equals instead of food, and Gasp his vampires are not the beautiful vampires that Stephanie Meyer and her ilk write about! They are ugly and scarred because of the battles they fight in! However, he fails to realize that VAMPIRES CAN LOOK HOWEVER THE AUTHORS WHO WRITE ABOUT THEM WANT THEM TO LOOK! They can be badass like Dracula, emo like Edward Cullen, vegan like Draculaura from "Monster High", hate the whole species like Blade, join circuses like Larten Crepsley and Darren Shan, go to school like Darren, the Cullen kids, Draculaura, Vladimir Todd, Rosemarie Hathaway, et al., be born that way like Evanna Tiny, or be blooded, transformed, or turned (depending on the author you read) later in life.
