Days pass
and i wander alone, im trying to
find my way
they think that im
living in the wrong, well i got
something to say
and we will
always be the same, even tho we
constantly change.

Fuck lovers
i hate this shit it only hurts
now, just another relationship
that doesnt work out
fuck it im
atheist ill let the word out, fall
in love with a crazy bitch your
heart will burn out
blood
pressure bubbles up what the fuck
i feel stuck i can not touch
another one of these anti
depressants
this cant be the
message sumbody hand me a lesson
cuz im standin here stressin while
im planning my death
and this
might be the last minute i stand
on this planet look at me stranded
im panicking man i cant understand
it
my life as a manic depressant,
but i manage to stand it, untill i
land in the hamptons im with
standing the damage.
so i gota
calm my nerves and take a deep
breath.cuz i will never learn
unless i take each step.
but im
feeling stronger now.
(2x)

(chorus)

there aint a
way to fade away so take away the
razor blades, it aint safe to say

that making pain will take the
pain away. theres greater ways to
change the page
and everybodie
hates to say it. but u gota tame
the rage and quit saying u aint
gona make it.
oh its hard. i know
that its hard. you cant trust no
one and your covered in
scars
theres knives in our backs
with our friends names on them
we
try to relax but the pain keeps
runnin, our minds off the trax
when were tryin to stay on
them
youve lied in the past while
we remained honest, were tired of
this crap we just wana make
dollars
we grind for this cash
while u try and hate on us.
every
where i go i know they wana fight
me. even tho they dont know me
they dont like me
they think that
im terrified, i just hold my head
up high, if they wana fuck wit me
just know ima lettem
try.

(chorus)

these words
will prove that i will not live in
fear (2x)
i bet you wana know
what im feeling like, when sitting
here spittin these rhymes
well if
u wana know what im feeling like.
i feel like im the best of my
time
took my heart and i locked
it up in a safe. with a straight
face and i threw away the key
now
that i know my heart is in a safe
place. theres not a single thing
that u can do to
me

(Chorus)

You have
everything that you need. its in
your arms. its in your arms.

i heard this song off 89X too, i fuckin loovee ittt.

i feel like most of the first verse is about how he felt when he had depression and how he was suicidal (cuz im standin here stressin while im planning my death and this might be the last minute i stand on this planet) and i think it's from a relationship with a girl (Fuck lovers i hate this shit it only hurts now, just another relationship that doesnt work out...fall in love with a crazy bitch your heart will burn out)

and then he talks about how he feels stronger now, and isn't gonna give up and keep trying to make money (landing in the hamptons)

the second verse is a lot more positive and he talks about how he's not gonna let things and people and backstabbing friends get to him, and he's gonna "hold his head up high" Im thinking he may have cut himself in the past (there aint a way to fade away so take away the razor blades, it aint safe to say that making pain will take the pain away)

the third verse is probly about how he "locked away his heart" and won't let a girl let him get that way the way he let his ex get to him.

richy nix is DEFINITELY going places, im not a big fan of rap, so for me to say that is pretty big haha

Lyrics aren't completely correct, but I wasn't able to find them anywhere else.

    Nice song though.

This is the original version, but now theres a new one. the one i heard doesnt start with the chorus but goes straight to the verse. Also i noticed it says "fuck it im atheist" but in the new one it says "fuck it you make me sick..." Thats the only differences i noticed Its an awesome song though, with really honest lyrics that alot of people will relate to, and its real catchy.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
