i think this song is about person who've spent his entire life in the second too best, and he has found peace with it. letting the others take the lead because that's how he finds happiness in his life in the city of Hellview, where this entire album takes place. it is a surprisingly deep song and goes along perfectly with the albums theme.

Nope. Deron's suggested that its about a skating rink with razorblades... I envision a cheesy, 70's slasher movie with people in a competition to see who can survive the longest. In the chorus, the #1 guy is suggesting that if you want to take the lead he will cut you down, so you keep your distance or you'll die.
