Theres so much wrong. The song ties in with the concept of the album. In this song his "best friend" is saying the chorus as in the booklet its in italics. Its where he knows but he's waiting for his friend to tell him how he's been cheating with the mans wife. Pretty self explainatory in an awesome way. Amazing album.
I agree with DiscoveringTheWaterfront, Its the guy's wife that's cheating on him with his best friend, and the guy knows its happening and his best friend can't bear to tell him. It ties in with the lyrics from "I Am The Arsonist" where it says:
"Throwing up with the thought of you two, How could you do this? My best friend with my bride, Now you tell me you are leaving."
Which explains this song. I wish they would have had a guest singer on this song or something for the chorus or the screaming, so its more apparent that its from two different perspectives, still a good song though.

Basically..he got cheated on....maybe by someone girl he's know a very long time and is very close to... ...and they decided to take their relashonship a step further..but she changes and he can tell somethings wrong...and he soon learns she lied and cheated on him....and now everythings ruined....but he knows its better off that way even if its hard for him....

This song is about the betrayal of the best friend. About how the main character had his suspicions from the start, and how maybe the betrayer could have saved himself by just fessing up and admitting the wrong he committed. But the main character found out too fast, and it was all over.
