I think this song is about you being your worst enemy, but you are giving people the impression that you regret nothing. People might be giving you shit and you appear unmoved by it, when really no one is criticizing you as much as yourself, in silence. Maybe it's related to what CC felt when doing this album (Scream)? Personally i think this is the best song on the album.
