April Rain

Great song. I agree with the previous comments that this song is about looking at the negative things in life in a positive light, and in doing so, we can create our own destiny ("Take off the glasses that have treated your world black and grey ... Count your blessings and prepare to change your point of view ... Create your own fate"). A very meaningful and inspirational song for people who have gone through some very difficult times. This young talented band will go a long way (and can even become the next Nightwish) if they continue to write songs like this.

agreed this band sounds good... i've heard like 2 songs but this song is really good so i had to comment it lol i like how it starts..... 5* tooo!!! :)

Agreed with jureleitor on the intepretation.

It is about telling someone to dwelling on negativity / seeing through a veil (because it will happen no matter your perception) and just cherish what you really have.

I really gotta say....I love the song and the video I really recommend it!!!!

I think the title has a lot to do with the meaning. April Rain = april showers bring may flowers perhaps? So it's just things will get better, even if you can't see it. Also perhaps a similar meaning to that one bluechair comic, "maybe the secret to happiness is just noticing"
