If No One Will Listen Lyrics
Maybe no one told you there is strength in your tears
And so you fight to keep from pouring out
But what if you unlock the gate that keeps your secret soul
Do you think that there's enough you might drown
If no one will listen, if you decide to speak
If no one is left standing after the bombs explode
If no one wants to look at you for what you really are
I will be here still
No one can tell you where you alone must go
There's no telling what you will find there
And God, I know the fear that eats away at your bones
It's screaming every step, "just stay here"
If no one will listen, if you decide to speak
If no one is left standing after the bombs explode
If no one wants to look at you for what you really are
I will be here still
If you find your fists are raw and red
From beating yourself down
If your legs have given out under the weight
If you find you've been settling for a world of gray
So you wouldn't have to face down your own hate
If no one will listen, if you decide to speak
If no one is left standing after the bombs explode
If no one wants to look at you for what you really are
I will be here still
And so you fight to keep from pouring out
But what if you unlock the gate that keeps your secret soul
Do you think that there's enough you might drown
If no one is left standing after the bombs explode
If no one wants to look at you for what you really are
I will be here still
There's no telling what you will find there
And God, I know the fear that eats away at your bones
It's screaming every step, "just stay here"
If no one is left standing after the bombs explode
If no one wants to look at you for what you really are
I will be here still
From beating yourself down
If your legs have given out under the weight
If you find you've been settling for a world of gray
So you wouldn't have to face down your own hate
If no one is left standing after the bombs explode
If no one wants to look at you for what you really are
I will be here still

I dedicated this song to my best friend and she started crying because life is so hard for her and i wanted her to know I'm there for her no matter what happens
Very moving to me, got shivers all over first time I've heard it.
And I think it's "No one can TELL you where you alone must go" instead of TAKE.
uh thanks, I knew I forgot to edit something

it has the same message as beautiful disaster, but not half as good.
good song, old school kelly for sure. altough ill admit very cliche theme to this song but i very much enjoy this song has a the voice within-esque(by christina agguilera) undertone to it
one of the many reason i love kelly shell be there still when no one will listen :P
I'm a "My December" fan so the album has a whole isn't really my favorite Kelly but this is a good song.
Keri Noble to be honest has a better version of this song because it's A LOT more stripped down which I think fits the lyrics better and the vocals.
This was written by singer-songwriter Keri Noble and originally featured on her 2004 album Fearless.
Kelly Clarkson produced this song herself.
I remember crying to this last year, wondering who was there to listen, and realizing I was pushing away my best friend, who would listen. Now, I'm willing to be there for anyone who needs someone, because being suicidal sucked.
