The fake rastas. The smelly white dudes with nasty dreads.
He's making fun of the many American High School and College aged "rebels" who claim Rastafarianism as their religion when really they're just trying to be rebellious and their lives don't represent what a real Rastafarian life should look like.
I think this song is so underrated! The first time I heard it in the Digital Short on SNL I was like, "Wtf? This is dumb." And then the more I listened to it, the more hilarious it got.
One thing though, the line where he mumbles when he walks past the real Rastas is 'please guide me pon your bike path of righteousness.'

This song is way easier to appreciate if you listen to a lot of reggae already. Andy manages to touch on just about every generic reggae topic and word in this song. Hats off to him. I wish the song was longer!

I'm half Jamaican and ROFL when I saw this video. Plus Andy looks so friggin' good as Ras Trent.
Correction: "Unnu look ya now!" should be "Good Look Out Now" -- it's a Jamaican expression meaning "Good looking out for me" - giving thanks for someone having your back or helping/protecting you. He might be thanking Jah or just using hip Jamaican slang he learned in college.
