I think this song is about A, who is really geeky, organized and caught up in words and letters, playing childish games like I Spy and "arrang[ing] [his] records alphabetically". But then A meets B, who messes up his organized view of things and suddenly A "[is]n't feeling ok" and "time [goes] back and forth and sideways", indicating A's confusion. Maybe B is a rival, or an acidic love interest, as A says the two are "prickly as a couple of porcupines". This situation is disorienting and "knock[s] [A] sideways", but it also rouses/excites A to be around B, against all better judgment. Thus A has to "[put] out fires all over the place," trying to get rid of his attraction to B. This however does not work, as A can't deny that B really gets them off (the "she made me go uh uh uh" chorus).

Overall, it's about accepting chaos in your life and understanding that you can't rationalize everything, especially when it comes to human passions/emotions.

Basically, I feel that this song is pretty much completely about what's going on in Breaking Bad. She make me go Uh, Uh, Uh, I think is referring to Jesse and James relationship. Jane was hot, so yeah, I can totally see her affecting Jesse in that way. The rest of the song, I believe is about someone high on crystal meth. Which is what they are making in the series. Even the part where he says, I spy with my little eye something beginning with c. I believe the C stands for crystal meth and him arranging the records alphabetically and putting out fires all over the place is relative to the tweaker High. The only part I really don't get is the part about being as prickly as porcupines. That lyric stumps me. Again, I think it goes back to the Jane/Jesse relationship, but just don't know what it means. I'd like to know what others think that means.
