I think its about how people told them they can't be both Hardcore and Pop, but now people are trying to be like them.

not to sure though but this song is pretty self explanitory like andizzle said people say they can't be hardcore pop but its a genre you can mix two different genres to make your own but later on people try to copy and be just like them or other bands try to be like other bands(if that makes sense) but its about trust to and at the end when they say "you'll get what you deserve" in the end those bands that are trying to copy won't be as popular cause they aren't original they are just trying to copy the popular bands
