To me, This song is about feeling alone in general even though you try so hard, then finding the one person who believes in you and can wait for you to do what you need, before your life can go back to normal.

The song is clearly bout being on the road and missing sum1 very important. i can rly relate because i jus had to drive from dallas TX to greenville SC and tht was a 17 hour drve and i had to b there 4 a funeral on valintines day wit my gf back home. not fun n i dont suggest u doing that cuz its not fun at all

this song totally sums up my life right now, i saw a day to remember last night in concert, and i really wish they would've played this song, it's so good!

The correct lyrics are "The Florida sun begs me to come back home." NOT "Before its time for me to come back home." ADTR is originally from Ocala Fl. ^ Anyone who knows ADTR knows that.

This song reminds me of my friend so much that just left on his mission for our church. We live in a hell hole of a town in AZ, and we got judged left and right, because we weren't your typical kids you'd find in this place. We would drive around aimlessly for hours listening to ADTR ad UnderOATH, and we spoke what we meant (unlike the majority of people here) we would call out fakes, and that upset people here haha. And my friend that left was basically the head of our group. And since he left, things have changed a lot. The first verse and chorus hits home with me, because we're the only people that have faith in each other around here. Everyone else thinks we are insane, but we DGAF. And we're dying for him to come back home. No joke, if ADTR came from here, we would have been the kids they hungout with haha.
