Thank god! i've been trying to find these lyric forever. It sounds like he doesn't feel free. And people keep telling him to do stuff he doesn't want to "They told me to be ashamed but I don't see it that way"
this is the cutest song i've ever heard from sonny .. xD xP it's so relaxing ..
I think this song reflects his change of path in his music career. From leaving FFTL to persue a musical dream of his to make electronic music. People probably gave him a hard time about his decision "They told me to be ashamed but I don't see it that way"
He also criticizes todays creative industries, implying that there are always boundaries being put around peoples ways of creativity in their effort to express themselves. He is saying that it's a waste to reside within these boundaries, people should always push the boundaries and express themselves how ever they wish too. Well that's what I think anyway. I think this song is so personal and powerful, one of my favourites from Sonny.
