The title of this song is pretty self-explanatory. I think it's about how vanity can get in the way of relationships. The part where she's singing "Look at me/What ya looking at" Is contradictory because these people don't really want people to "see" them, they just want people to look at the image they project. Don't know if that makes sense. But yeah
this song is WOW. it's about being shallow, how the pretty little beauties pride their hair over being close to someone.
