i agree, this song is really pretty, but i definitely don't think it's about a girl who moved away from her boyfriend. i see it as a song about wanting to meet "the one." he's talking about how he is alone, and he wants to hold that person for the very first time, and he's saying how when he meets her, it will all be worth it. so sweet! love david--he's great!
