42 Lyrics

When you were with another man inside another home
Did you adapt to the walls?
Did you adapt to the walls?
I found the wallpaper still in my hands
And its doing a little dance, doing what I had
But I don't, you gotta leave me alone
And I wondered if you still lived alone
Yeah, I wondered if you still lived alone

What do you think you'd have done
Without a colder beer
A fresh pack of zigs and zags
A light and another pack
I was hungover and you would come hang over
I was hungover and you would come hang over
To block a biblical fire

You and your dad, what a tragic mishap
When a man loves drink more than blood
And I paced my room for an hour or two every day since 2001
And I think that I talk too much

I think on the last verse he says, "you and your dead, what a tragic mishap."

I also hear the "what a tragic mishap" part. And Andy definitely says "a light and another 'fag'". Fag meaning cigarette in slang from England or some shit.

Amazing song.
