Well as others have said, it's about not being able to dance =P But Kate can make up for it with ehr voice. I love the tounge-in-cheek nature of this song... To be able to poke fun at yourself is pretty down to earth, and she has a good sense of humour =D Awesome song! Very catchy. I love it!!
