This song meaning is obvious, and Oli has said what it's about himself.
It's about the incident that occured at Nottingham Rock City concerning the girl he allegedly urinated on and bottled. He's basically just venting the anger and frustration that the whole thing caused him; the accusations, the court case, etc.
The final line is basically saying she should have been pissed for it, and would've deserved to be pissed on for what the whole thing put him through. Like, he got blamed for it and many people still don't believe him so he may aswell have done.
I don't know whether it truely happened or not myself, and I don't think anyone ever will besides those who were there at the time it happened.
He never got convicted, the case was pulled due to lack of evidence against him.
