"This is a song about being hospitalized by a lover. Its about desiring someone you know is absolutely no good for you" That is the songmeaning. I like the "Doo do do do do" :)
I am almost positive that the chorus is:
"Nothing is left, Only a memory - A glitch in my mind Until you come back to me."
With that aside, I think it's an excellent song. I got the impression that it is talking about a violent feud between two lovers, which subsequently hospitalized the speaker and ended the relationship.
