My view.
It is about Love-in Relationship. Where couple experienced intense Love & Romance. Since it wasn't a committed relationship, due to lack of stability and enough money. Where the lady knows she can't afford to get pregnant & procreate. The day the storm comes and she gets the news that she is pregnant and she shared the news with her lover. Devastated he wants her to keep the baby and raise; however, in some days she said she had a miscarriage, guy doesn't believe her and they had a fight & decide to separate. The music is about a lady who had an abortion and falsely claiming as Miscarriage.
