Home Lyrics
My little boy, bow your head in shame
You’ve disgraced your father’s name,
And now, it’s time you choose
Your little toys won’t save you from shot ten
Without me you will not win,
No, I swear you’ll lose
Wisdom comes through suffering
Tell me why’d you let him
Give you a cheap name?
It’s time to come home
Playtime’s over now
You’re nowhere near
The teachings of Martin Luther King
Did you forget all about his dream?
Now, it’s time you choose
God's hand was there
Think back to when you were down, it's so clear
It's time that you do what is right here
There’s no excuse, there's no excuse
Wisdom comes through suffering
Tell me why’d you let him
Give you a cheap name?
It’s time to come home
Playtime’s over now
It's my world, it's my world
It's my world, it's my world
It's my world, it's my world
It's my world, it's my world
Son it's my world, it's my world
It's not your world
I tried peace, I tried love
I tried kind, I give up
You don't hear, you don't feel
Now I'm here, and I'm real
I gave you my blessings
You've failed from testings
I'll show you what death brings
Now feel how my wrath stings
God told me that we are bound to die for living this way
God saved me so I must teach what's right, so you see
It's my world, it's my plan
It's my sea, it's my land
It's my moon, they're my stars
You're my mind, you're my heart
What's your choice? What's your role?
You're my life, you're my soul
You're my son, you're my seed
We're one love, come home, please
Come home, please
Come home, please

the moment when he sreams GOD TOLD ME ----- GOD SAVED ME its taken from KoRn's "Got the life" great!!
That's correct...
This is a remake of the original song called "A Cheap Name" You can even tell early on in the lyrics that it is directed to 50 Cent.... "Your little toys won’t save you from shot ten" 50 has a song called "Toy Soldier", plus he was shot 9 times...
http://www.enochmagazine.com/articles/band-interviews/brian-welch-interview Enoch Magazine: Did you ever get a response from 50 Cent in regards to the song Home?
Brian Welch: Nope, he’s too rich and famous to care about crazy Christians.
I heard this was written to 50 cent?!
I thought this song was about Jon Davis.
I agree with Adam3990 that this is directed towards 50 Cent. It seems like a criticism of 50 Cent's affluent lifestyle. "You're nowhere near The teachings of Martin Luther King" What I don't understand, though, is why would he single out 50 Cent out of all the people?
I'm not exactly sure why he wrote this to 50 Cent. All I know is that it was mainly because Korn had gotten into a short-lived feud with 50. I don't know why they were feuding. Still trying to figure it out.
