I Was Wrong

I think this song is about some guy who's always being pushed around and told what to do and one day he realizes that by trying to make everyone else happy, he failed himself, Hence "I Was Wrong". He was wrong about his approach. "I was wrong when i said you were right" He lied to whoever the person was just to make him/her happy and he realizes it was wrong.

I just saw this band at Outside Lands. They were my favorite band of the festival and I downloaded all their stuff from iTunes the same day.

This song seems to be about staying connected to yourself, especially when in you're in love. In a way it makes me think of attachment in general. All good things come to an end and if you lose sight of yourself feelings of depression and hoplessness will follow -> You cover it up, just to stay on your feet, but the cut is just too deep
