I love how random this song is. Especially with the cowboys. But strangely it all fits and flows still...that's the beauty of Joss Whedon. My favorite line: "So make the Bad Horse gleeful Or he’ll make you his mare"

Yes. haha. That's one of the reasons Joss is so amazing - he's so random. A horse, a fake former president and a dead rockstar. Oh, and they're all supervillains. :D Gotta love it.
