First I believe 'Our bickering has reached it's limb' should be: 'Our bickering has reached it's limit'

Well I think the song must be about a breakup ('our OLD world is hard to find') and he turns out to be quite mean, not talking to her and probably avoiding her, at the times when they're not argueing.

I'm not quite sure what 'We lie belly up in the pool of us' means, but I figure it is that they're still stuck in what they were, it's all around them. Also she'll love him forever, however much it hurts, which speaks for itself.

Belly Up I believe is a symbolism (when you drown you are 'belly up'). So it's as if they drowning in their own relationship, the death is obviously the end of it.

Yes her love for him lyrics speak for herself - I can relate to it. I guess when a relationship gets bitter we all assume all feelings are dead but not always. Even though the bitterness is painful to her, the love will go on.

I agree. The relationship is dead much like an animal who drown in a pool... they lie belly up.
